Noteworthy are for example a PEX crimper for pipe fittings and a manual tube expander.
A manual press for crimping connectors on PEX-AL-PEX and PE-RT-AL-PE-RT pipes with a quick die change system allows for easy replacement of dies depending on the needs. Telescopic handles with the possibility of their extension from 58 cm to 76 cm increase the force necessary to lock the connector. The clamping force is 40 kN / 4 tons, and the set includes 4 TH type dies in sizes from 16 to 32 mm. The crimper is marked as a HT1P645 index.
HT1P626 and HT1P627 flaring tools are necessary for the formation of 90° cone flange connectors. We can use them for pipes made of steel, non-ferrous metals, aluminium and plastics. The sets are designed for installation, automotive and construction works. They are packed in a plastic case that makes the transport and storage of all elements easier. Both sets include a press with a 90° cone tip. HT1P626 set includes two dies with holes in sizes from 3 to 19 mm and 4 interchangeable tips with different cone dimensions from 3 to 19 mm. Whereas HT1P627 set includes two dies with holes in sizes from 5 to 16 mm and 3 interchangeable tips with cone dimensions from 5 to 16 mm.
